Model 1550 Spot Ionizer
The Model 1550 Spot Ionizer is for localized static elimination where air flow is impossible or static control is very centralized. A constant ion pulse rate and ion balance control allowes for effective static control in specific manufacturing areas. The distance allows the Model 1550 to be placed at a distance where ionizing bars or blower cannon fit. Our spot Ionizer can be purchased as a 120V or 220V Model. (Both Spot Ionizers are fanless / non-air.)
Applications include: powder packaging, assembly operations, automatic plastic part assembly, pad printing, fiber optics and other specific areas of static control.
Spot Ionizer w/ Handheld Gun
Our Ion Air Nozzle and Neutralizing Hand Gun equipment are designed and ready-to-use in areas and applications where static can create handling and manufacturing problems. The units aid in controlling contamination and quickly and effectively neutralize bulk static charges by dislodging dust and debris attracted by static electricity. Adjustable airflow from gentle stream to powerful blast, these units are designed for use in applications and areas where Electro Static Attraction contamination create handling or manufacturing prolblems.
Spot Ionizer w/ Foot Controller
The Spot Ionizer Air Nozzle is designed for point-of-use fixed mounting applications, while the Ion Hand Gun is more of a portable unit. The air hose on these units can easily be disconnected or replaced by the user and replacement nozzle/air hose assemblies can be purchased seperately.
Ionizers are useful in preventin gelectrostatic charge generation, ElectroStaticAttraction, ElectroStatic Discharge and preventing equipment latch-up and safety related shock.
Precision Point AC Static Eliminator
PLX's Precision Point AC Static Eliminator is a compact, high performance unit that effectively eliminates static electricity from small objects such as yarn, trim, tapes and narrow webs.
The resistively coupled design of the unit produces a large volume of positive and negative ionization for eliminating high charges of static electricity, in a range up to 3 inches from target surfaces, even at high production speeds.
Construction is durable stainless steel and PVC body with nylon cable guard. 10 ft cable is supplied. Voltage is 115 volts, 50/60 Hz and is shockless and uses a standard Power Supply.
Uses include Wire and Optical Cable Manufacturing, Tube Extrusions, Narrow Webs and Small Parts Handling.
Precision Point AC Ionizing Air Nozzle
This is a compact, high performance unit that combines extended range (up to 6 inches from target) static elimination with compressed air removal of dust & contaminants from small objects such as yarn, trim, tapes and narrow web.

Construction is of durable stainless steel and PVC body, with nylon cable guard. 10 ft. cable is supplied. It works great for Wire and Optical Cable Manufacturing, Tube Extrusions, Narrow Webs and Small Parts Handling.
Compressed Air In-Line Ionizer
This compact in-line compressed air static eliminator can easily be installed in the user's airline, combining the benefits of static elimination with contaminant-free blow-off.
Constructed of durable stainless steel and nylon components with PVC barbed fittings and comes with a 6.5' standard cable.
