Model 1551 DC Ionizing Blower
The Model 1551 Industrial DC ionizing air blower removes static from three dimensional parts. It features a two-speed fan that enables the user to ionize products from a close distance or far away. Also included is a heater if the unit is for benchtop ionization. This compact ionizer constantly monitors its own operation and adjusts to remain in ion balance.
Applications include: plastic parts, packaging components, unwinds, benchtop ionization, printing, converting, electronics assembly, textiles, and other static control where distance static elimination is necessary.
Model 1552 Pulsed/Steady State DC Blower
The Model 1552 Ionizing Air Blower is a combination steady state and pulsed DC ionization system. The unit can be set for constant ionization with the steady state setting or pulsed ionization where cloud ionization is required in manufacturing. This unit can be mounted above a workbench or retrofitted on a manufacturing machine for static control. Reliably balanced, applications include molding operations, assembly, automotive, packaging, printing, converting, medical and any environment where long range ionization is required.
Static Eliminator AC Blower
Our Static Eliminator AC Blower unit is available in six portable models. Each unit extablishes an extra wide and deep ionization field (curtain) of concentrated ions. This completely eliminates troublesome static electricity, positive and negative, from product surfaces and processing equipment.
Application include Unwind/Rewind, Sheeting, Stacking, Paint Lines, Assembly, Conveyors or anywhere wide coverage is needed or to get to hard to reach areas.
Pinpoint Ionization
Need localized static elimination? Is air flow ionization impossible? Our Model 1550 Spot Ionizer provides a constant ion pulse rate and ion balance control allowing for effective static control in specific manufacturing areas. It is practical to use in areas where ionizing static bars or ionizing blower units cannot fit.
