Static Eliminator AC Air Gun
Our heavy duty shockless ionized air gun is designed to eliminate positive and negative static electricity from static charged product or material, as well as removing dust and other contaminates.
This unit has a stainless steel ionization head and guard with air nozzle mounted on a rugged plastic airgun handle, comes with a 10 foot cable and uses a standard power supply.
Our AC Air Gun is durable, shockless and safe. The system input voltage is 115 volts, 50/60 Hz. Uses include eliminating static from cleaning mold and moldings, optics, automobile parts, optics, lens cleaning, photo finishing, screen printing, plastic sheets and electronice assemblies.
Spot Ionizer w/ Handheld Gun
Our Ion Air Nozzle and Neutralizing Hand Gun equipment are designed and ready-to-use in areas and applications where static can create handling and manufacturing problems. The units aid in controlling contamination and quickly and effectively neutralize bulk static charges by dislodging dust and debris attracted by static electricity. Adjustable airflow from gentle stream to powerful blast, these units are designed for use in applications and areas where Electro Static Attraction contamination create handling or manufacturing prolblems.
Spot Ionizer w/ Foot Controller
The Spot Ionizer Air Nozzle is designed for point-of-use fixed mounting applications, while the Ion Hand Gun is more of a portable unit. The air hose on these units can easily be disconnected or replaced by the user and replacement nozzle/air hose assemblies can be purchased seperately.
Ionizers are useful in preventin gelectrostatic charge generation, ElectroStaticAttraction, ElectroStatic Discharge and preventing equipment latch-up and safety related shock.
Chargebuster Ion Gun
Our Ion Gun uses compressed air and neutralizes electrostatic chartes to eliminate attraction, visual imprefections and contamination issues by dislodging charged dust and debris. The unit discharges faster than 1 second with a ± 30 volt offset voltage balance. Our Neutralizing Ion Gun has a modular design with a 7 foot ESD protective hose with a trigger switch allowing operators to have freedom of motion and minimize akward or unsupported positions.
Portable Ionizing Air Gun w/ Rechargable Batteries
The Portable Ionizing Air Gun is a ready-to-use unit for use in applications and areas where electrostatic charge can create manufacturing or handling problems. This unit quickly and effectively neutralizes bulk static charges and aids in controlling contamination by dislodging dust and debris attracted by static electricity.
The Portable Ionizing Air Gun is designed for point-of-use applications. Ionizers are useful
in preventing electrostatic charge generation, ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD), and ElectroStatic Attraction (ESA). Use them at workstations to neutralize electrostatic fields on all process essential insulators if the electrostatic field is considered a threat. Ionization is used to neutralize charges on process necessary insulators and isolated semiconductors. Some examples of process necessary insulators are: the PC board itself, plastic test stands, plastic housing where a PCB may be mounted, as well as computer monitor screens and regular cleaning wipes. Examples of floating or isolated conductors are: loaded PCB mounted in a stand where the pins are not contacting the dissipative workstation.
NOTE: The unit is not recommended for continuous use.
Pinpoint Ionization
Need localized static elimination? Is air flow ionization impossible? Our Model 1550 Spot Ionizer provides a constant ion pulse rate and ion balance control allowing for effective static control in specific manufacturing areas. It is practical to use in areas where ionizing static bars or ionizing blower units cannot fit.
